Welcome to my corner of the internet!
I’m Gabby - a 20-something, retired teacher turned real estate investor in Tampa, Florida. I started sharing content on social media to document my life as a real estate investor, short-term rental host, and homemaker.
When I’m not working with clients or at the investment property, I try to keep myself busy with gardening, home decor, and DIY renovations on our 1925 bungalow. In 2024, I want to slow down and enjoy the beauty of being a homeowner, businesswoman, and wife/dog mom.
I’m glad you’re here & I hope I can inspire you to invest in yourself and redefine what success is to you!
Stay a while!

More About Me
I’m a Tampa born native, went to college at the University of Central Florida (GKCO) where I met my husband, and then moved back to Tampa to work as an ESE teacher in Hillsborough County. I spent 5 years in Title 1 classrooms. In 2020, I decided to challenge myself and I studied for my real estate license. After almost 2 years of being a teacher and a Realtor, I decided to leave the classroom and pursue real estate consulting and investing full-time.
Today, I live in Ybor City in a 99-year-old bungalow with my soulmate and partner, my husband Nick, and our Shih Tzu Guy. You can find me spending my free time reading, gardening or trying out new baking recipes. I love to surround myself with my friends and family who are my foundation, along with my faith.
I was the little girl who watched HGTV and was taught to believe I can be half decent at anything as long as I put my heart into it! That is how my love of designing and furnishing places has grown. On top of offering real estate help and advice, I’m now helping clients and friends take those new houses and turn them into their dream homes.
I also love traveling to far off places with tons of history. Going to Spanish speaking countries is always my top choice for a destination since it makes me feel closer to my heritage and helps me practice the language.
I want to encourage women to not be afraid of power tools, get their hands dirty and believe in themselves. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, need advice or just want to chat with another like minded gal! xoxo
